We were kept informed about the progress of the building all along the way with regular photos and updates, and since moving in the team has been great about identifying any issue to present a perfect home at our move in. The entire experience was very positive, from Sales through Construction and move-in. Everyone has been very accommodating. A special call out to [name removed]. I appreciate that [name removed] kept me informed from the moment I signed the purchase agreement. Every step along the way until move-in. My building supervisor [name removed] introduced himself to me early on and explained the entire process from start to finish. He made himself available every day during my move in to ensure any issues were addressed immediately. He pointed out areas that needed to be fixed that I didn't notice. I appreciated his keen eye for detail. He offered suggestions and ideas to improve my home and had contact information when I asked for help. I also found my MasterCare person, [name removed], to be a great resource as well. She pointed out additional areas in the home that needed attention like the scratches on my sliding doors. Both of them worked closely together to get the final repairs scheduled and completed. This is my second home purchased in the [name removed] and I found this experience to be even better than my first!

No matter when we called, he always picked up, making us feel valued and supported throughout the entire process. [name removed] clearly explained each step of the contract signing process, ensuring we knew exactly when and where it would take place. He was readily available to answer any questions during our contract review, providing clear and thorough explanations that made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He introduced us to the superintendent and set up an appointment for the MasterCare representative to meet with us at our new home. [name removed] reminded us to register our appliances too:) Once moved in, he contacted us to see how we are doing and told us to call him if we need anything, have any questions or any concern. From the beginning when we met with [name removed] in the sales office to the time we took possession of the home, the whole experience has been seamless and wonderful. [name removed] is very friendly and described in detail any questions we had about the contract, upgrades, neighborhood, And amenities. Working with [name removed] has been a delightful experience.
