[name removed] is in a hurry to have the buyers sign the contract although there are still series of To be fixed”areas inside. I encountered these problems when the house was “delivered” to me. Good thing, they were able to hire a troubleshooter who took time and effort in arranging several of [name removed] contractors fix the “punch list”. There is still a crack in the garage floor that needs to be re-evaluated and I would like the management to remedy this problem.

Not satisfied with the width of the garage, it’s very difficult to fit two cars. Also the driveway is very narrow. I would expect more for the price we paid. Also, the walls ate thin and noise travels easily throughout the house. Bathroom privacy is especially impacted by this.

As previously stated in my survey for 7108 [name removed], the customer care services that I’ve received are second to none. But that may because I was lucky enough to get [name removed] for all three of my places. She’s a true assets to your company. She is completely committed to making sure every homeowner is satisfied to the fullest. If there is any issue, problem or needs, she is eager to tackle them and get them right. As with any new home, there were some glitch. But [name removed] assured me they would be rectified and she’s coming through. She responds timely and thoroughly. If I miss something, she’s quick to point them out. Her attitude is “if you don’t see it now, you probably will later. So let’s just fix it now.” She’s polite, friendly and utterly professional. She’s very accommodating to my schedule and helps out when I can’t be available. She has scheduled all needed repairs and some have already been addressed. I’m very confident in her to make all things right.

We had a wonderful experience with our builder Superintendent [name removed]. [name removed] was very responsive to our questions and requests. Our only dislike has been the appliances. Specifically, the oven not working and still waiting for our refrigerator. That said, Minto has been very responsive to help resolve the appliance issues.

mento has followed up on everything they have promised. If something needs to be fixed, it is fixed within the year warranty. We are approaching our six month walk-through on Monday and I’m expecting it to go just as smoothly as it did when we own the Villa with Minto.

However, she can only work within the constraints given. I cannot imagine managing this process without her assistance.

Our home was rushed to get it completed. There were many quality issues in the home that we would have thought to be addressed before closing. Our closing walk through had a number of issues that were not completed and they went to our warty work.

Dislike the onboarding at the business office. Throughout the process of sales, construction, design the staff did a great job. After close, we were directed to the business office. Terrible. They couldn't find our files, seemed terribly disorganized, didn't provide guidance on the set up for the online system, no sense of "welcome to our community". Suggest a separate meeting be established for onboarding after close on same day, where you're brought into a meeting room, made to feel welcome, and guidance setting up online system, how to provide gate access, how to report issues, etc. Getting to close you do a great job, but upon close the level of professionalism dropped off to a high degree.
