[name removed] has been wonderful to work with. He’s friendly, prompt, honest, and easy to work with. [name removed] has been a great asset to us as we navigate through some minor repairs. He always makes sure the vendors call us to set up convenient times to come fix the grout, glass shower doors, trash receptacle, and a few other items on our punch list. We love our home in LMHH!

Inside my home, I have not found any major issues. A few minor issues, which [name removed] stated will be taken care of at the year mark. The issues with my garage have almost been resolved, except one. The company’s employee showed up as my family and I were running out the door to our appointments. He did a good job repairing what he could without me leaving my garage door open. The ankle buster ditch, safety hazard , I showed [name removed] was taken care of right away. It seems the BJWSA water issues and the irrigation issues are still a problem.

We closed a month past the window we were given and were asked to sign a revised contract to not possibly close until 3 months past our original date. We had to sell our house so we would be ready to buy with cash, so we had to extend our rental longer than we would have liked. As others were being offered incentives to buy, we were not offered anything for our delay.

Like: [name removed] (sales), [name removed] (superintendent), how easy [name removed] made things. Dislike: lot prices. Bad memory of how when we transitioned from renters to owners, we weren't told that that would erase are gate passes... which led to a LOT of trouble when PODs and delivery trucks showed up. Massively compounded by the fact that someone entered my email AND phone number incorrectly, so the gate weren't able to contact us.

We have had a truly great experience building this house working with both [name removed] our sales representative and [name removed] our builder. Both of these men have always made us feel like we were a priority for them and were there to represent us throughout the buying and building process. It’s been a great experience and we can’t say enough good things about both of these men!

The construction supervisor [name removed], the sales agent [name removed], and designer [name removed] were very helpful and kept me up-to-date with the entire process. The mortgage company through [name removed] ([name removed]) was however challenging to work with.

We had some issues with changing of building supervisors and I feel that some of the work was not completed correctly due to this

Loved my supervisor, [name removed]. Very personable, detail oriented (gotta love oversight by someone with OCD!) and I never had to wait for an update. Struggled with my experience with [name removed], lack of information on how to get a lot, and offered a lot that I accepted only to be told it was no longer available. The scores that I have given are for [name removed] with [name removed], [name removed] is awesome and listens to our needs. The HOA on the other hand I have issues with. Anekka even had the audacity to ask if we ever lived in an HOA before and how they have processes. First off processes were not followed in getting me my check back after our birdcage was finished. The rules state that the check will be within 30 days and it was almost 45 before we received it. I had to continually email to find out where the check was. Was told it had been approved and cut a week before it actually was. Next the transformer in front of our house was sinking, this was due to ineffective drainage around the transformer that was in the swell. We started and our neighbors started discussing it right after we moved in. I even called [name removed] County water and Dominion energy. They both came out and it was not a water leak by [name removed] County water, Dominion would not lift it until the drainage was fixed. It was a fight to get this done everyone with [name removed] and the HOA kept pointing fingers at who was suppose to fix it. 5 months later after the neighbors around the loop got involved it was fixed. I had sent notes to [name removed] and [name removed] asking for a face to face meeting and while [name removed] emailed me back, [name removed] did not. And we never got the face to face meeting. This could have been a larger issue if that kept sinking and the cables would have severed, but it was like pulling teeth to get it fixed. I am grateful that we have [name removed] as our MasterCare rep as he is willing to listen and help and all around is a very respectful and nice person.
