Dislike: 1. 3 month delay finishing the house. 2. Seeing 10 mouse in home / garage in the first month after moving in, due to the hole on the wall. Like: 1. Attitude: [name removed], [name removed], etc. are very kind and helpful. Big plus. 2. Solution for delay: work with bank and provide me a free interest lock extension. 3. Design: work with designer [name removed], very good design process. 4. Quick repair. Overall I am satisfied.

I am concerned that within 4 months of owning the home I had to make a service call to the HVAC company and it took two weeks for them to fix the issue. No heat for two weeks.

There were several delays but I understand that was not in TNHC's control. Nobody told us we needed a receiver to get our SST speakers connected, so would have loved more info on that from either SST or TNHC. Otherwise, overall love the home, the team and all the hard work and effort that it took to move into our beautiful home.

We like the overall customer service. The finish of the house could be improved, especially on small details like cabinet, appliance installation, floor / stair installation, doors, paint etc.

I appreciate the customer care service. The rep is diligent and knowledgeable, shows compassion. The warranty service is great, I particularly like the home portal which is very useful, hope I can continue to access it after one year. Some services comes slow or not effective, like landscape ownership between builder and HOA not clear, or the responsibility for community pole lights (most of them are still not lighting during night).

Every personnel I’ve had the pleasure of working with were exceptionally friendly and helpful. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] have all made the experience more than welcoming and communication is effortless. However, there is a drastically noticeable decrease in the quality of finish done towards the end of the construction phase. I don’t know if it was rushed or the builder had to hire less experienced workers due to the labor shortage, but items that are finished within a few months of closing are really no where near the quality of what came before.
