Overall quality was rushed. I see what’s happening in the next phase over and it makes total sense. Items were completed by different trades in a non workmanlike manner. Overall finish was just simply unacceptable. Every door in the home is damaged, paint on the carpet, unfinished stucco work.. laundry list of items that were noted but never offered a resolution on. Would not recommend new home co to a family member.

It has been difficult to schedule the warranty items-The turnaround time is too long and there’s no feedback on the issues that has been brought up-The portal is not user-friendly-It has to be improved. For instance, you cannot reach via website -Difficult to upload pictures

It was challenging to finalize the walk through. I felt pressured not to point out items that were wrong. I’m glad I had a realtor involved with experience to push back on my behalf. Also took six months to get a patio door window corrected

I love the experience I had with you all. I love the experience I had with both [name removed] and [name removed]! But love the walk through with [name removed] the energy and knowledge that he has was great! Made it fun to walk through with him and after move in he stayed true/loyal to his word any problems I have had since move in he has made his self available to get the problems solved.

Very easy process . The agents were all nice and welcoming esp [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed] .. [name removed] was also outstanding with the way he handled our house to house and orientation. We also liked the upgrades that were included with our purchase

It’s our first house, everything was new for us, and new home team guided us thru it very smoothly. All the deadlines were met, house came out outstanding with just minor fixes that were taken care promptly by customer care team. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience, nothing we dislike about it.

I didn’t like that they were not consistent about who they were reaching out to. Sometimes I would get emails that my partner (who was also purchasing) would not be on and vice versa.
