Some of the quality of work is questionable. For instance our fence will not close properly now during the colder months. We have some cracks starting to appear in the ceiling. Nail pops in the walls. [name removed]

My builder was already marking fixes before I arrived for the final walk through. He was super educated on the brand and knowledgeable about the products within my home. Overall I love my new home!

The manager first assigned to me , [name removed], has been terrible. I have constantly chasing after him to get updates on my warranty request, promises made that were not kept (as far as following up etc...) I put in a request for water leak since October, the issue hasn't been fixed until February of this year. Thanks to [name removed] who stepped up and got my issues fixed in no time. This whole thing cost me $2000 of water bill that I am trying to fight with the city. This whole wouldn't have gotten this far had [name removed] been proactive and diligent about this work

[name removed] our Sales Manager needs to work on his communication skills. There were so many instances where we would reach out with questions or needed clarification and he would not return our calls and leave us hanging. Very Unprofessional.

I wish the trim/paint team would have been more meticulous in their work. A lot of messes with paint and caulking that could have been better work. The sales agent [name removed] and the construction manager [name removed] were great and always available to assist.

We liked how friendly and attentive everyone was. We disliked that we pointed out many things we wanted fixed or touched up before closing/move in, and it seemed like some of the things were not done or were "sort of" done to look complete.
