Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.

Everything was smooth and no delay in building process and staffs were really quick to respond. The only downside, I would say is the not able to customize the home. I understand this was a spec house but when I decided to buy this home, it is in very early stage but not able to select paints and lighting was off for me. Overall verybest experience.

From Ms. [name removed] & Mr. [name removed] to Mr. [name removed], Trophy Signature Homes did more in 3 weeks, than a rival home builder did in 3+ months! (We wont mention their names, as they are building in the same [name removed] area of [name removed], and their cancellation agreement required you to sign a non-disclosure AND non-disparage clause so they don't feel the wrath a negative review or negative press, but, they know who they are). We cannot express how happy we are with all the aspects of our new home purchase with TSH. They went above & beyond to make sure our home was ready to close and move into. Even after we got settled in, they made it a point to make sure that all our punch list items to completed.

I like the quality and the bigness of the home. I was impressed with walk through (introducing of the home to us) instead of just handing us the keys and then we have to figure the house out ourselves. That was a big plus. The walk through was very thorough and detailed. I appreciate Trophy for working with us when our lenders kept putting us around. The Yrophy signature team were/are very professional, supportive, and caring. I would definitely recommend this builder. The design of the home is very prestigious and stands out from the rest of the builders. I tried looking at other builders, but it was something about Trophy signature that kept drawing us back. Keep up the good work. We love you guys. Trophy Signature all the way!!!
