I disliked that there was something’s I asked for that seemed ignore like the HVAC report after my inspector stated it was an issue with it. I also had a major issue with ants and spiders and Trophy didn’t offer pest control even though they should

Of recent, I am dissatisfied. I reported issues with the property. I also called the person in charge of the warranty and got no response. I left a voicemail and got no response.

We have just had a couple quality issues that have not been resolved yet.

Our garage door has cuts in it and Trophy refuses to inspect it and due to an incident in our home, we strongly feel that the blame was placed on us for the occurrence of the cuts. We also placed an emergency warranty in and the damage has not been rectified.

Alot of pest/spiders/bugs around. I don't like the gray cabinets and the outside bricks. I love the design of the home, entrance door, sprinkler system, flooring (not withstanding a few issues), counter top, the bedroom. Should have had a fire place as advertise on Zillow, should have had quartz counter top in the bathroom as advertised. I love the fencing. Overall I love the home.

[name removed] is great he always answers our texts, calls, and emails. And he always makes sure something is fixed if it’s under warranty

During the closing process I would get emails requesting information with only a few hours notice prior to them needing the documents. For example I got am email at 4:00pm informing me that they needed information by the end of that day.

We moved in with a signed agreed statement that the remainder of our home would be fixed and it has not been. We have been in our home for 2 months and there are things that haven't been corrected. Items that were blue taped remained blue taped after our final walk through, and items that were on our private inspection were not corrected.
