Builders left all the weep holes open so rats were immediately inside the walls which I've learned is a normal practice. It should be normal to properly take care of this before people move in to take care of themselves. Cost me 3k to get rats out and seal up the house.

There's a baseboard in the hallway that's noticeably not straight.

I've seen several houses in my search for a new home. i've several new constructions and older homes. My scores for them all ranged 2-7 out of 10. When I visited the Trophy model home I fell in love. I loved everything about this home. I loved the layout, the furniture, the yard, everything. I told [name removed], your representative who was showing us the home that it was a 15/10. The construction, the windows, doors are all so great. the let a lot of natural light in. we met with [name removed], who showed us around the home and explained everything in the home, from appliances to ceiling fan. We checked water flow, lights, gas, microwave, sprinkler system. All were great. My son was present when the keys were given over. He said it was very easy process. Also got the garage door openers. We had some minor things to get fixed after moving in and after contacting [name removed], all problems were taken care of. I will definitely refer Trophy to my friends and family. In fact, my younger son will soon be looking for a home and I know he will want a Trophy home. Thank you for building such a wonderful home.

The home was built on time, so we were able to meet the closing date without delays. Most of the process was seamless and my realtor did a fantastic job acting as a mediator because we were buying a home remotely. What I disliked: The pictures on Zillow were computer generated, so it was misleading for details such as cabinet color, layout, etc.

I don’t like I didn’t get to pick any features. I wish there were more walk throughs to identify issues before the final walk through when most of it is done already

My builder [name removed] has been amazing! From the start and first meeting every little detail was painstakingly finished and I am so happy!He truly went over and above in explaining the features of this amazing home and showed such patience and attention to details. He also gave me suggestions for going forward that made the purchase go more smoothly.. I moved from California and needed to fund this home with a 1031 sale which was somewhat confusing but [name removed] [name removed] and the awesome team of Attorney and staff worked hard to make this happen for me in the time frame I needed. Now I know what is necessary for purchasing my second home with Trophy..

Sales team was absolutely fantastic, [name removed] was always on top of everything, he guided me through every step and explained everything regarding the process. Once we switched over to construction management everything was rushed due to closing day. We had to have several people go back in the house to complete tasks that weren’t completed after home orientation. Overall good experience.

Our rep, [name removed], was very friendly and happy to answer any questions that we had. My only issues with moving in was that a) our address was not verified with the post office and that was a whole thing to deal with and b) we have now been moved in for 2.5 months and we still are not able to get serviceable internet. We were told Spectrum was the provider, but they won’t be here until March and AT&T has just begun to lay lines and our street has yet to have cable laid down with and unknown estimate as to when this will happen. We asked about this multiple times as I need reliable internet for work and were told something different each time based on differ t information. As a builder I would think you’d want to have these crucial things in place, or at least solid answers, for buyers.
