I will go back and change this review after my issue has been fixed. In Short, its been 6 months since i moved in, i have been unable to change my address because it says ''it does not exist''. I have lost important documents, not able to change my address on any of my documents and i have contacted every person that i dealt with when purchasing the home. No-one seems to know what the issue is. This issue is beyond frustrating. All i know is, someone failed to do their job and could care less to look deep and fix the issue. Its been 6 months of driving to post office every week to get mail a good 30 minutes to and fro. All my neighbors are able to get mail.Oh and i did notice that inside my mail, there is a sticker that says 4800 yet my address is [name removed], if anyone took time to go investigate back in January when i reported my problem, maybe they would have this issue fixed by now.

Some times I have received a response quickly and others no response. I was able to find a way to fix the issues I had. Overall, I still believe that Trophy Signature Homes is a great company and will highly recommend

My warranty manager ([name removed]) has been great. However I have a cabinet that was placed incorrectly in my kitchen drawer unable to open without hitting the refrigerator. I have been working for months to get this resolved to the fit, form and function outlined in the warranty documents. I have been told verbally nothing can be done. Now I am being told they can shorten the drawer so it only open 1/3 of the other cabinet drawers. I do not accept this as a fix for the wrong cabinet being placed during the build process. The incorrect cabinet needs to come out and have the correct cabinet installed. Which also means less storage as the larger cabinet should be next to the sink, not the refrigerator. I am not asking for a kitchen remodel, only to have the corner correctly placed. The smaller storage space due to incorrect cabinet placement, will be my issue when I sell down the line.

[name removed], the builder, did a great job with the home. The cathedral ceiling is beautiful. The paint color choices are on trend. The use of square footage is fantastic. [name removed] explained everything in great detail and followed up on my questions. [name removed] was so helpful every step of the way. She found the perfect home in the perfect location. Everyone was tremendous! They all go the extra mile! Great team and a beautiful home! Thanks to everyone.

At 30 days we submitted a review and never heard back. We were offered no 60 day review and it was past the 90 day review before an appt was made and someone came out to address concerns. From that 90 day review 80% of our concerns were quickly addressed and resolved. Thank You

I wish I had received emails regarding the loan process. I put my information and ONCE it got close to closing all the action began...I was a nervous wreck until then :-)

There are some issues that I’ve found as I go around the house that need fixing. It should have been noticed by the contractor(s) before they signed off for completion. The house itself is beautiful.
