I was promised a washer/dryer or a fridge and I received neither. There was no credit given to us and the sales agents were very rude about their failure to meet the precedent they set.

I love my new home! However, there are little errors I wish I had the chance to tell someone about. For example, some of the cabinets came loose, there were stains on the walls, and some sockets are ill-placed, and my water sprinkler hasn’t worked since we moved in. I was told there would be a one month check-in where we would get to talk about these things, buts it’s almost 2 months now, and no one has come. Other than this, everything is fine.

Felt rushed during walk through, could not address all of our concerns during the blue-tape walk through. Warranty manager told us she had other walk through appointments to get to after ours (understandable), but our time period shouldn't have felt rushed as every homebuyer should be given the opportunity to take their time to check everything and make sure they are happy with the big purchase of buying a home. After closing, we had a handful of issues and it was hard to reach our warranty manager most times. It would take days and weeks sometimes for me to get an answer, and sometimes I would have to send multiple follow up texts. We were told that our 30 day meeting items would be addressed but now it is time for the 60 day meeting and none of the items on the list have been addressed/no one has reached out to us so I have just send a follow up email to get a response. Everybody has a nice personality, but hard to get a hold of/not responsive.

Felt like the final walk through items were not completed or done very half-effort. Still waiting for item to be fixed with no communication. Felt like Agent was very bothered with asking questions once already closed. Didn't walk through where to get keys, mailbox, or even say a congratulations Love the construction of the home and asthetics.
