Move into the house was great. You only thing I hated was the transaction with the title company and having them come back twice once you get my ID and then the second time because they miss a document that I didn’t sign.

There were a few glitches at the beginning but [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] got us through them. After we moved in started the headaches: 1. We purchased a new home...not an "as is" home. Dishwasher did not work from day 1. Trophy does not stand behind the appliances they place in the homes. Whirlpool had to be called, The repairman told us that he has had to fix 14 of this model because of bad motors...but Trophy is still putting them in! 2. Trying to get information is a real pain. We had to get your approved electrician for additional wiring needed because of my disability and extra outlets in the garage and a ceiling fan in the master. We didn't realize that had we used another licensed electrician that our two year warranty would have been voided. We were told this by your electrician that came out because we kept blowing the breaker to our dryer when it finished the load. It was a bad breaker. 4. We are still waiting for the name of the landscaping contractor, while watching our grass turn brown in our back yard. The watering system is malfunctioning and not watering the whole yard. We are on the list for July 6 at 10 am. for our 30 day meeting to discuss with your committee. REALLY???? This could be handled by a phone call to tell us who to contact. Instead we are watching brown grass get browner! To be better, have someone actually answer the phone when people call or answer an email with actual information that is useful. Not "wait til your Review"!
