There’s issues in the house with paint, uneven/not balanced areas. Seems in the ceiling are already showing. [name removed] great

The ability to make no simple changes, the fact I still have damages counters, and that it doesn’t seem the carpet will installer swept prior to install!

The title company was a joke, unprofessional, had extremely terrible communication, and made errors that had to be fixed after the fact multiple times. We would have liked higher quality door knobs, fully dimmable lights, had the under the cabinet lighting installed instead of sending people back to finish it after closing, had the square flip light switches instead of traditional light switch.

When we moved in, there was still work to be done internally. The front yard, since move in, has had dry patches and we have reached out to Gold's and [name removed] and no response. We love our home for the most part, but you can see blemishes and it's not perfect, but what in life is.
