Everything was smooth and no delay in building process and staffs were really quick to respond. The only downside, I would say is the not able to customize the home. I understand this was a spec house but when I decided to buy this home, it is in very early stage but not able to select paints and lighting was off for me. Overall verybest experience.

From Ms. [name removed] & Mr. [name removed] to Mr. [name removed], Trophy Signature Homes did more in 3 weeks, than a rival home builder did in 3+ months! (We wont mention their names, as they are building in the same [name removed] area of [name removed], and their cancellation agreement required you to sign a non-disclosure AND non-disparage clause so they don't feel the wrath a negative review or negative press, but, they know who they are). We cannot express how happy we are with all the aspects of our new home purchase with TSH. They went above & beyond to make sure our home was ready to close and move into. Even after we got settled in, they made it a point to make sure that all our punch list items to completed.

The experience was fine. The people that I interacted with along the way were great!!! The quality of workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. The floors make cracking sounds, the outside brick on the accent chimney outside is falling apart. I also have a hard time understanding how garages are not finished at this price point. Cheap way to present a house, I didn’t like it at all. I’ve purchased much cheaper new build where that is obviously included. I also had a flood in my bath the first 2 weeks due to a sewage issue, having to clean up human waste is not how I wanted to welcome myself to the new home. Maybe there should be better quality control?
