They have tried to fix everything they could. Sometimes the vendors are too slow to respond, but Trophy does their best.

A few design choices we did not notice initially, but can overcome with easy remodels or fixes. (Example: no electric outlets in enclosed toilet room in master bath) but overall pleased.

Submitted a service request 3 times and as of today, I have not heard back. I know that my claim it is not something mayor (shingles are loose) but it needs to be taken seriously or at least acknowledge that they received my request.

Cheap paint. Could’ve used a better finish for the paint. A water proof one. The rest of the house is phenomenal

I liked how everyone was pretty good at explaining things to me and my fiance, being first time buyers it was bery overwhelming so it helped to have people kind of dumb it down for us
