The process of purchasing and closing updates were good, but the quality of the final product is embarrassing. Builder should be completely ashamed for putting peel and stick vinyl flooring. It’s so cheap and there is constant glue coming up between the pieces and making the floor dirty and showcasing how cheap it is. The quality is horrible and lifting in certain places already, and even some tears that appear to have been “covered.” Additionally, the countertop and cabinet choices are the cheapest and we’ve had the cabinet company out multiple times repairing the drawers. Everything is so cheap. The builder cut a lot of corners building these homes and it’s very disappointing. As a builder, if you aren’t going to allow or offer upgrade packages, then your included package should be mid-grade, however the installed products are the lowest quality and it shows. Why would builder showcase a model with options/upgrades that you are not even offering? I’m very disappointed in the home I purchased.

I am happy with how [name removed] explained everything during the walk-throughs. He was very detailed and didn't hesitate to answer any questions. We bought 2 investment units and we are delighted with our purchase. Also very surprised at the pace the construction was done. We were expecting a closing during Oct or the end of Sep but were surprised when it got closed on Sep 1st week.

The General Contractor on site was the most customer service friendly of the entire process. Not only was he available but also responsive. I would say the in house lender and agent were satisfactory but lacking.

My least favorite part was securing the lot, I was online for 6 hours refreshing the website every 5 seconds and that was a very very bad experience. Also not being able to modify spec home was unpleasant. My most favorite experience is the help I have received from your team especially from the builders [name removed] and [name removed]. Without their kind and courteous help things wouldn't be easy. Thank you for having them in your team.

The sales agent was not honest with us (we informed Heard that we needed a late July August, closing date and she had a sign a contract for a June closing date and kept telling us as the time got closer it would all work out, but we said no we need a later closing date. She done promised that the new house that had a July closing date would have all the upgrades as the first one but it did not. She also did not ask management about our offer. She lied to us and told us that our offer was not accepted, but then when we spoke to management at a later date, they were never aware that we had put in a counter offer.

Once we moved in there there were a lot of problems with the house that have to be done. You would think with a NEW BUILD that everything would be done correctly. But hell no. There is so much XXXXX that has to be done it’s insane. Thanks for stressing out my family.
